Vespero is a display serif, originally created for film and video titles but expanded into a full set and adapted for more versatile uses. The result combines elements from various sources of inspiration. Like, imagine a mid-80s American horror film with a storyline of biblical annihilation, scored with an Oberheim OB-X synthesizer. Indeed, the titles could be set in Vespero.
