2084. The code ran silent in the deep grid, fractals of lost formulas flickering like relics in VR Train. Joysticks rusted in glass vitrines. pressed to skip cutscene, but the world had no skip.
Night poured in through pixel cracks. Letters fell: Ä, Œ & Ö, AND 9. Forgotten tongues, almost prayers.
Somewhere between Saturn’s rings and a burnt-out arcade in Nevada, poetry froze
into data. No save.
No checkpoint.
And still the blinking cursor waited.
